Refund policy
To confirm whether your purchase is eligible for a refund/exchange please email tresbowboutique@gmail.com with the following details:
1. Your name, location and order number
2. The item(s) you wish to return
3. Reason for the return (for example, too big, too small, damaged, etc.)
*We will do our best to respond within 48 hours, however we are out of office on weekends/holidays.
REFUNDS are not permitted on the following items:
- Sale merchandise
- Intimates/swimwear
Sale items are EXCHANGE ONLY and subject to availability of alternate size/piece.
All intimates/swimwear are FINAL SALE.
HOW TO DO A RETURN/EXCHANGE:
1. Recipient must contact us at the above email address within 7 days of receiving their item(s).
2. Return shipping must be paid for by the customer making the return/exchange.
3. All items must be returned within 7 days (beginning the day you receive the item).
4. Items must be new, unworn, unwashed and free of any alterations, odours and damages, with all tags attached.
If items do not meet these requirements then you will be refused a refund/exchange.
Your refund will be issued upon receipt of the item(s) being returned in the form of your original payment.
Store credit will be issued for any qualifying exchange. Store credit must be used within the dates outlined in return email.
All return shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend shipping with insurance and keeping your shipping receipts until your return is processed. Très Bow is not responsible for missing, damaged, or packages lost in transit.
We are not responsible for damages that occur during care of an item, including but not limited to dry cleaning, washing or wear.
Initial shipping and handling charges ($9.99) are non-refundable on all orders, including orders that received free shipping.
Once your return is received and processed, we'll email you a refund notification. Please note: Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account.
